It would have 5 stars if it came with installation instructions. Install videos on YouTube are a bit vague, but if I could figure it out then the rest of you will be fine.

You may need to recalibrate the window by fully opening it, holding the button for a few seconds, then closing it and holding the button again for a few seconds, with all doors and windows closed. This should restore the auto up/down function and ensure the window lowers slightly if something is obstructing it when closing. This worked for my 2017 Discovery. If it doesn't work, check model-specific instructions on forums.

This window regulator was installed and works for my 2019 land Rover Discovery but has to be programmed in order for it to function correctly. When letting the window up, it will go back down if you hold the button while letting it up. Then it doesn't go all the way down about an inch. Until I get it programmed, happy to have the ability to get the window up and down.

I live in Canada and went to Land rover when the window on my 2018 Discovery stopped working. (2 months after warranty expired) They wanted 2 hrs labour and $750 C$ for the part. Bought it on Amazon and gave it to Fountain Tire they installed it and charged me 2 hrs labour and I saved over $500. Note, unless you are very handy you might want to bring it to a professional. It took the mechanic at Fountain Tire 2 hrs. Strongly recommend.
