I recently purchased the wax sand for some DIY candle projects, and overall, I’m pleased with the product. The wax sand is very high-quality, with a smooth texture that melts evenly and gives off a clean burn. It’s perfect for creating custom candles for various occasions like weddings, parties, and holiday décor. I also love how easy it is to work with, especially for beginners.However, the price point is a bit steep for the quantity you receive. For those who want to make several candles, the cost can quickly add up, which is something to consider if you're on a budget. The wax came vacuum sealed, which caused it to form clumps. But I was able to work most of them out. The wick is one long wick that you can snip whatever length you need from it. There's no scent to the wax. Overall I like it, just wish it would have been packaged and stored differently.

This candle sand is great. I like to try different brands in my candle-making because I like to compare quality and different characteristics. I've been making candles for years and started experimenting with candle sand last year.The first thing I did with this wax/sand was colorize and glitterize it. I used blue liquid candle dye and a small amount of iridescent glitter. It mixed well and "took" the dye and glitter perfectly. I've attached a picture and unfortunately, the color is visible but the glitter just didn't film well. Also, I'd had the wick lit prior to taking the pic and the wax around the wick had begun to melt, which is why you'll see that it looks pitted. I've also attached a pic of the wick lit but it's hard to see much other than a lit candle!All in all, I'm pleased with this sand. It's pure white, vacuum packed, takes color well, burns evenly, and "cleanly". Of course, the type of wick is important for a good burn as well.Thumbs up from me!

This sand wax candle set makes for a very high end look, without the high end price tag. You can use any heat safe container to hold your candle sand and then simply add the wick to your candle sand and enjoy. There is no need to melt the wax in order to put it into your heat safe container. It has a very nice feel to it and is such a conversation piece. I do wish there were more instructions regarding how to color the sand and how to use it as a floating candle. There are endless possibilities!

I love this candle sand. The price is excellent and usually so much more! It comes with everything needed which is useful for most any container. It's simple enough to pour the sand in and stick a wick in and light it.The price is actually amazing for the amount. The color is nice - I had neer heard of this in brown. I was happy to try it!The one thing is the included wicks - it's not plug and play the way some sand kits are. It's a little harder to get the wick into the metal base part. It isn't impossible but this isn't as instant as some other candle sand kits where it's literally just sticking a narrower, stiffer white wick into the sand and not having a metal base. I'm going to use the included long wicks for a different candle project (I needed them, actually!) and put the white stiff wicks from another kit in these candles.

The quality of the wax sand is very good. The candle burned very nicely. I gave 3 stars because I had to find all the wicks inside the wax sand, which made this project 10 times messier then what it should have been.

I really like this white candle sand. It s easy to use and burns nicely. It is a good quality and value. I like how easy it is and how convenient. I love that I can use container designed for candles that I choose. Overall, I am pleased with it.

I love this product. I can make the size candle I want; I can add more fragrance with essential oils, and even mix the colors to make cool designs. I got just white to try it and they give you a lot of wick length so there is plenty of burn time. At the end of the burning session, it is so easy to (after it cools) pull up the used wick section and wax , toss those out, and give the candle a gentle tap to re-even out the pearls and then just add a new wick and it will look new again!
