IDENTIFYING REAL WOOL
It has a light sheepskin smell from being packed in sealed bags. Burning a bit smells like burnt hair and turns to powder when pinched. It’s real wool!
IDENTIFYING FAKE WOOL
Usually made of acrylic fibers, it burns easily and leaves hard lumps. The ‘skin’ is actually layers of material stuck together. It’s faux fur!

Love ❤️ them! Have to have them! Purchased for my car and again for my husband’s truck because I was always pulling at the seatbelts because they cut at my skin! These solve the problem and nowI can wear my seatbelts comfortably! Thank you!

It's so soft. It has no strange nor obnoxious odors. It's real sheepskin and the wool is not falling out with pinch test (cured correctly). Works perfectly on 03-08 bimmer Zed4 seatbelts. I'd consider it about a low medium pile wool, and not too thick nor plush. Definitely worth the price.

These are nice but a bit too small. They were so snug on my seatbelt that that the seatbelt curled under a bit. They seemed to be made well and were very soft to the touch, but I had to return them.

These fit perfectly around the seat belt (note: one side of the Velcro strap is folded, so you need to open it up for the covers to wrap around your seatbelt). They are very comfortable and do not shed on your clothing. They protect the seatbelt from rubbing on my collar bone.

I went ahead and got the matching steering wheel cover. I am so glad it wasn’t bright red and more of a burgundy. Very soft and plush. High quality materials.

These sheepskin seat belt protectors looked great, just what I wanted - until I removed them from their plastic bag. The perfume scent that they were soaked in took my breath away. I have no idea how or why these were perfumed. It was awful. Because they seemed to be of good quality and just what we needed, I soaked and washed them about 4 times to try and get rid of the smell. The sheepskin belt protectors survived all my soaking and washing, which indicates they are a good product. But they still smell a little like perfume.. I have MCS so this is more than just a bother to me. It can make me sick. But I've put them on our balcony to air out for a few days, hoping that will remove the smell. I can't imagine that all of them are being sold with this problem, but be aware that it happened once to me. Other than that I think I'm going to love these protectors. Very good quality, fluffy, comfy.
