About American Metalcraft
Incorporated in the late 1940s by the late Archer Kahn, American Metalcraft got its start producing hubcaps used on the Tucker Torpedo (an automobile that was produced in Chicago during the 1940s). Over the next decade, American Metalcraft would eventually expand into making pizza pans becoming the first company to produce deep-dish Chicago-Style pizza pans. Around this same time, American Metalcraft also began to produce custom stainless steel plate covers. By the late 1950s, the company expanded from its pizza pans and plate covers and began to sell copper shapes and bowls which sold primarily to copper enamelers.

I needed something to fit in a very specific sized space and this fit that space. It looks good and holds stuff the way it's supposed to.

I got tired of making several trips in the house to get things and not really having a place to sit it all. Got this little caddy and really like sure it could be bigger but looking at other caddies I felt they were way too big and finding a place to store it in the house would be an issue.

Thaought it was bigger it was not so I had to buy another one that was was not worth returning it would almost cost as much to return as I spent on it to begin with

I use this basket to hold our cloth napkins so we can easily grab them during meals. The first basket I received was missing a handle, but the replacement from Amazon had both handles. It would probably be a great travel basket if we needed to take it on the go.

Just a handy little basket, rubber coated for all I want it to be. I use it to pick my peppers, put condiments out for BBQ/ I wish I would have bought more.
