- Please check the existing thread type on your Harley Seat Bolt first to confirm that this product will be compatible.
- A very small number of Harley models use 1/4"-28 which won't work with this seat bolt.

I didn't have high expectations of the finish of the chrome but I was surprised very nice pittless finish. I did not use 2 sided tape, I used a little rtv black so its a little more permanent.

Product doesn’t fit properly. It interferes with the seat of the motorcycle. The chrome finish would be ruined if you were to attempt to modify it. I can’t use it.

Fit my 2013 DYNA perfectly. It was easy to install and since there was a chrome tab on my seat I didn't have to use the chrome tab sent with the knurled seat bolt. It looks great and now I don't need a screwdriver to remove the seat. Nice product and fast shipping!

The black bolt is awesome. It's fat and grippy and solid. I only gave three stars because I'm not so sure what to do with that other little piece that comes with the kit. I have an aftermarket seat (Biltwell solo) and that piece is useless. I think it's supposed to stick to the stock piece via the sticky tape on the underside. Otherwise, the parts are solid, well built, and nicely crafted.Update:I received a friendly email from the maker of the product asking what he can do to make the situation right as I only gave three stars initially. I let him know that there was no problem with the product at all, just that it didn't 100% "fit" my bike due to my after market seat. His product is fine, solid, and we'll built. The black bolt is great it's just that the secondary piece isn't tailored to my situation; no fault of the product at all! I am updating my review to for stars due to the kind customer service and the willingness to fix the "problem".

I was tired of having to bust out a screwdriver when I needed to remove the seat plus the phillips head screw is unsightly to me. I rolled the dice on this screw and cover and I am quit pleased. The chrome cover comes with a sticky tape to apply to the original seat mount...clean it, line it up and stick it. Then insert your brand new shiny knurled screw. It does have the rubber washer as seen in the pics. So no metal on metal action there. Nice touch. Now I can easily get in under the seat quickly and no need to carry around a screwdriver. Best part....it doesn't come loose while riding...it stays tight. I was curious about that at first but so far so good. I have uploaded some pics after the install.
