Bought to cover up a recent belly button piercing while swimming in the pool. Worked perfect. Once applied to the skin, it did not allow any water to get in and lasted a couple hours in the pool without any issue. Removal was not bad, it removed easily and did not leave a nasty residue.

Good seal and adhesion, but are gentle on my fragile areas! Good price for a great product!

I use this to seal on my medication patch that I must wear for 24 hours. It allows me to take a shower or swim without having to worry if my medication is going to fall off.

I had an 'opportunity' to use these transparent wound dressing on two different surgical closures. They worked even better that I'd hoped and were indeed, 'waterproof' when applied as directed. Would definitely purchase again if needed! When you need them quickly, Amazon Prime! 5*

Very good and helping to protect large wounds, but must be wrapped yet adhesive is not supposed to stick, as to not agitate the injury. So know that you will need to wrap these in a self stick a bandage and they work great.

My dog was attacked by another dog on one of our walks. The ER used waterproof bandaging like this. This bandaging was easy to apply around his delicate stitches and kept water and debris out. It has no breathability however so when the wound healed up the vet recommended letting his stitches dry a bit more for a week, one became infected because these bandages worked so well they kept the fluid in (I should have changed them more frequently but was unaware/ didn't want to mess up the stitches). Dog is ok most of the stitches healed with these bandages the other got better after drying out and antibiotics.I highly recommend these bandages they last and adhere well keeping fluids in or out. If the wound needs to breathe and dry however do not use these as they will keep any blood and moisture in, or clean the area and change as recommended by doctor.

After you pull off the first glue protectors, there's no way to hold the patch without touching the glue. That weakens the bond on that part of the patch. Sticks pretty well, but on my wife one will last only two to three days before I need to replace it. On me one will last maybe 5 days.

I got 2 different tattoos at once and used this because this artist didn’t provide me with saniderm, which I typically will use if offered. What I did was put this on right when I get home from getting the tattoos, kept it on for 24 hours, took it off and washed the tattoos, then put on a new piece. I only could leave these on for 3 days because it kept peeling up on the edges. I read you shouldn’t reapply, so I just left it as is. My tattoos peeled and everything was normal. The reason I like saniderm is you skip the itchy peeling process. I dealt with a lot of itchiness under the tegederm. I still prefer to use this over nothing because the first few days is when your tattoo is most susceptible to infection, so even if I couldn’t skip the peeling process this was still helpful. Also it made sleeping so much easier because I didn’t have to worry about my tattoo sticking. By day 3-4 if you can’t handle the itchiness anymore or if it is peeling just remove it and switch to the normal tattoo aftercare of washing and lotion. If you can keep it on for a week then definitely do that. One tattoo was my wrist and the other was my ankle so there was just too much movement I guess and that’s why it came up. Next time I will buy saniderm though. Even though it’s more expensive I want to skip the peeling. If you don’t care about the peeling and just want to avoid the first few days of sleeping and getting your tattoo stuck to blankets then I suggest this.

Aparte de ser muy práctico, se adhiere bien a la piel y al retirarla también es fácil y no daña la piel ni quedo pegajoso. Compraré nuevamente.
