I am extremely surprised at how nice this is. The one that came with the original air fryer was well known, at least in our house, for food sticking and grease piling up on this even if you used parchment. This one just felt different out of the package. With this one, the old original went to the trash. This one, so far, does not have food sticking to it and the grease and cooking with it in the air fryer has not deducted from the quality of it at all! I will definitely buy again when we need another new one, but this one is holding up very well!
