I was pleased with the chromed appearance on the cast metal light bar but it makes the signal lamps appear slightly upswept because it was not cast square. Also note in the pic the center line is lower than it should be which makes the reflection not even and really distracts from the look . This makes anyone to take a second glance which then shows it is a true poor quality knockoff not worthy for a Harley that you may want to show. I was going to mount it on my 1975 Harley FLHP which had the signals removed years ago and the rear fender filled but I cannot get the nerve to drill my fender again to install this. I will keep it because I ordered it after seeing so many happy stars but it will go in my parts box of other stuff. Update it sells for $ 26.63 Canadian on ebay

Shorter than the long wide stock piece.That’s what I want,more narrow It’s Not on bike yet,2003 Heritage Classic,and yes if you keep the bags on ,it will work.I’m sure it’ll look cool.It’s about the same size that a 64 Duo Glide with 6 volt turn signals came with,OK ,later 😎

Looks:Love this signal bar. The traditional Harley spinal mounts are really wide, which ideally makes it easier for traffic behind you to know which direction your turning. However, I have never found them to be aesthetically pleasing. I like the vintage look of the bar but it’s just too wide and googly eyed. This bar maintains the traditional appeal of the bar and signals themselves but moves everything closer to the fender for a more custom look without going overly modern on a classic bike (ie kuryakyn). The photos speak for themselves.Fit:Not perfect, but pretty good for aftermarket and excellent for the price. If you’re installing this yourself your going to need a small round file or rasp to allow the mounts to align with the oem fender holes. But this only takes a minute and is the only adjustment needed.Finish:The chrome is excellent, the material is solid metal (no plated plastic garbage) and it looks as good as the pictures. Nuff said.Price:Can’t be beat. A similar product from a more known brand (kuryakyn) is both wider and more costly, and a complete bar and light replacement (again kuryakyn) is 4x the price.
