The actual product does not match the description, and Amazon indicates this item’s country of origin is the US, however the item says made in different country on the other side of the planet - no worries, just inconsistent. Looks very well made with thick rubber boot (2x or 3x thicker than what was on there before). This came with a grease zerk (need to be installed) and a cotter pin.

Received part as promised. Box was damaged and part was not even in the box. Both box and part were greasy as if it were a used part (part was new.) After installing part with proper ball joint press, went to install grease fitting and found damaged threads in ball joint. I had to drill and tap grease fitting hole and purchase a new grease fitting at local parts store. Super not pleased. Installed by 30+ year Master Tech. No, I didn't hit it with a hammer.

The boxes were crushed inside a well packed box . The ball joint are great quality however the shipper sent a damage piece that I was able to fix with an exhaust pipe expander tool, That most people wouldn’t have. But you shouldn’t have to accept or fix damaged products

Arrived fast and seem to be great quality. Verry strong. And came pre greased. I'm running large tires and a lift and I think these might actually make it more than a couple months.

The product itself is AMAZING quality. My ONLY complaint is the parts I received were return parts that someone had tried to install, this was clearly obvious by the large nicks in the material (cut my finger open when removing from box). However, these were primarily cosmetic and did not affect the installation, or function of the part as they were on the outer housing that's pressed into the control arm.
