Good quality tent, as described. Wish it had a mesh did as well so you can see through but keep critters off or at least three wall sides. Easy enough to use. Just push up on the inside middle and the tent starts to take shape, it is heavy and was a two man job for me but I’m husband was able to take it down on his own. Water resistant.

The tent is well-designed with high-quality fabric and a sturdy frame - it’s held up well in 12mph winds so far. Installation is easy, I set it up by myself. Just spread the frame halfway, place the top on it, then go inside and push the frame up. The tent comes with a nice carry bag with rolling wheels for easy transport.Note: Install the sidewalls against the wind direction so the tent doesn’t turn into a kite!

This canopy sets up easily, especially if you are used to this type of canopy. The added walls are absolutely a bonus and are easy to attach. I've had similar canopies in the past and this one is just as good as any. It is a bit heavy, but not more than other 10x10 canopies I've owened. Overall, I think this is a quality canopy and I think it should work well for several years.
