I got this and installed it on my 2003 GMC Envoy worked for a while but didn’t even last a month before the cables wound up breaking and twisting in the motor housing.

Bought this about 2.5 yrs ago and it just broke again , it was cheap enough that it's not that big of a deal to me but I'd suggest the 3 yr protection plan.

I loved this part as it got my window in working shape again. It was easy to install, and is durable. It looked nice and great quality and was a decent price compared to other sellers. It arrived pretty quickly too which was a plus.

I was a little leery of ordering this item, as the price is about half of the Dorman replacement part from O’Reilly. Received it promptly thru Amazon, but had the Dorman part on hand just in case it did not meet my quality expectations. Comparing the two parts, the FFFauto regulator was equal to, or better than the Dorman product. Powder coated components on FFFauto versus bare galvanized on the Dorman regulator. Gauge of the steel seemed heavier on FFFauto. Motor were identical. Perfect fit for an easy installation. Worked perfectly when installed. It’s a great buy.
