This part was exactly what I needed. It arrived quickly and was easy to install with a socket set. I saved myself $800 by ordering this part and mixing my heater myself. 🙂

Bolted up perfectly using my ild screws and didn’t have to change the plug either.

I am not happy, I received this product to replace a like product that had a bad bearing or thrust washer (still working just a little noise). When above product was installed it would not work at all so I returned in less than 30 days and they have only refunded 1/2 my money saying I didn’t show proof of qualified installer doing the work. I reinstalled mine and it works fine...still a little noise but still needs to be replaced. Only connection is a plastic three wire plug and a ground wire...along the metal screws to hold unit to furnace. Nothing technical! Mine is reinstalled and works fine. When I received, the unit was bouncing around in the box due to their poor packing. Plus I paid $22 freight to return! This is just a failed experience that Amazon should make right.Called Amazon, they directed me back to North American HVAC with another email link, have re-explained my same story twice?They still seem to want proof of licensed tech said their product was not good. They haven’t addressed their poor initial packaging failure. If I don’t hear from them by Monday, will take it up with Amazon direct once again. What good is a vender that won’t stand behind their product and performance?Will update if they finally make it right.*****As of 2/4/2019 Amazon A to Z warranty got the remainder of my money back from North American HVAC.... a big thanks for that!....makes me want to continue doing business with them even though I’m out the $22 freight to return and time messing with a non working product. Without their help, North American would have been content taking half my money plus freight !******ordered same product from different on line vendor that said they would stand behind their product. Installed it myself and it worked fine and is still working fine as of 10/26/19. Also it was cheaper than my original purchase shown above.
