Worked for about 3 hours now it doesn't. Looks good, works poorly. Glad I didn't throw my old 2 away.

Amazon and these sellers need to have more options/compatibility info on stuff like this. While this does fit my vehicle type, year, make, model, it does not fit my vehicle. Some option (a sunroof, believe it or not) makes it different for my vehicle. On the flip side, Thank God for the Chinese or whomever that actually build these parts and make them affordable and available.

I've owned my 2002 Silverado 1500HD for 23 years, the back lights on the original controls burnt out. This was an easy install, remove the plastic piece around the stereo, temp gauges, speed gauges (all one piece, pops right out and tilt the steering wheel down). Remove the two screws on each side of the temp gauges, unplug the two wires, and plug in the new one. Reinstall everything, good to go.
