Everything fit and was as described. Didn’t need adjustment. Put it on and opened fuel and gave time for it to get into bowl and started 2nd pull and ran smooth enough didn’t feel needed to adjust anything at present moment. Might change under load but very satisfied with purchase.

You can tell the caliber of a seller by how they handle an item defect. They sent me a replacement carburetor immediately and sent a call tag to return the defective unit. Replacement carb worked flawlessly! Thank you for your quick response to this issue. I would buy from this vendor again.

I had a stubborn carburetor that I couldn't get to work on my generator consistently. I looked at getting help from a small engine repair guy and he wanted $70 just to look at it. I took the chance that this carb would be a good replacement and it paid off! I'd buy it again.

I look at the date of reviews and skeptical about very recent ones but here is mine.Installed the carburetor and my 10hp Briggs generator cranked and running good so far.However, I used my same linkage rod but had to modify the end attaching to the carburetor. I had to straighten it from its hook shape to a straight 90 degree. I also had to drill out the center of the plastic holder to the diameter of the rod. Once this was done and the end reshaped it had a clip to hold the rod in place without fear of it coming out of the linkage hole. The supplied linkage rod was not the same size as the original one. I used the original rod spring because it had a longer coil on the spring versus the replacement one, offering better tension strength.Changing the choke lever housing was simple with the supplied options.The pre filter supplied was the most disappointing and I threw it away and bought one locally. It has a glued on mesh type of backing on one side. I couldn’t feel air when I blew through it and tried an air nozzle with 100 psi and barely noticeable with it. I couldn’t imagine it helping filter ANYTHING but restricting airflow.Everything bolted up just fine. I would recommend this for now if you can make the minor modifications yourself. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

These kit was great and with the price it’s unbeatable! It just a little bit late that the problem my generator not starting was because of the clogged carburetor. I was able clean the carburetor but I list a spring when blow cleaning it so I didn’t have a choice but to get a replacement.Saved me a lot of money replacing the carburetor myself instead of sending it to a repair shop.
