iArkPower 5-port 4K@60Hz HDMI Switch Audio Extractor allows you to connect up to five HDMI devices (like gaming consoles, media streaming devices…) to a single display or TV.
Equipped with optical and 3.5mm ports, it can extract audio from the HDMI signal and send to external speakers, soundbars, or headphones.
All your devices can now be easily accessed with a simple push of a button.
3 EDID Audio Settings
- ADV -- Bypass all audio via HDMI output, including Dolby HD, DTS HD, Dolby Atoms, 7.1CH, 5.1CH, 2CH LPCM/PCM etc.
- 5.1CH – Get 5.1CH Dolby Digital/DTS from optical port; HDMI port will send 5.1CH audio simultaneously;
- 2CH -- Get 2CH analog stereo from 3.5mm AUX port; optical and HDMI port will send 2CH audio simultaneously.
- Resolution Support -- 4K@60Hz, 1080P@120Hz, 1080P/720P@60/50/30Hz...
- Video Features Support -- Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR 10+;
- Transmission Rate -- 18Gbps (600MHz bandwidth per channel);
- Other Features -- HDCP 2.2, CEC compliant.
Devices Support:
- Input: PC, cable box, Roku, Nintendo, PS4, Xbox, new Fire TV, Apple TV 4K, Blu-Ray Player, etc.
- Video Output: UHD TV, projector, gaming monitor;
- Audio Output: receiver, soundbar, speakers, headphones.
Three Switch Modes:
- Auto Switch (can be turned on/off);
- Manual Switch by pressing button;
- Manual Switch by remote.
ARC (Audio Return Channel) Function:
- Send ARC from TV to your non-arc sound system;
- ARC audio comes from OPTICAL port only;
- 3.5mm port cannot output ARC audio.

When it works, it works well.The problem for mine may be either my tv or my playstation. Sony stopped issuing their consoles with dedicated soundboard so all they have for output is HDMI, I have a legacy audio receiver dolby 5.1 I prefer to play games through so I bought this to split audio off the HDMI (I had another that worked well but didnt support HDR).I think either my TV or my Playstation 5 Pro has some sort of issue consistently recognizing HDR compatibility because the ps5 will show that my tv doesnt support hdr and will not give any video. I'll often have to move cords around between ports multiple times to finally get the video to show. Otherwise, it works well as intended.

It’s the perfect solution for older TVs to have ARC, which is excellent for multiple inputs from devices into the hub. It works seamlessly. I love it.

Few home theater projectors have an audio output, so a device like this is the only way I know to extract audio to feed to your sound system. This unit works great. I'm using 4 of the 5 inputs. Satellite receiver, Blu-ray player, streaming box and my audio amp. I recommend this product.

I hooked it up by HDMI from PS5 to device in 1, then HDMI out from device to monitor or TV. Fiber obtic from device to surround sound. A must buy,

Spent 3 hours trying to get this to work right.... Not compatible with ARC needs. Hisense TV + Yamaha smart soundbar. Tested Inputs: Chromecast, PS5, RokuThe good:Once you find cables that it'll work with it is compatible 4k@60 for Chromecast, Roku & PS5.The bad:When I plugged this into the soundbar or TV all ARC functionality stopped. No matter what input or setting the switch was in, ARC immediately stopped working when it plugs into the system. 3 hours of trying all settings and reboots & 8 different HDMI cables. I love that this splits to optical and HDMI at the same time. Original plan was to add night time headphones to the setup but plugging in the switch stops all ARC functionality.

Works as intended and has a remote to switch between each. It’s pretty useful and I needed it for the aux port. Works so well. Plugged in my Xbox and my PC and it’s 100% exactly what I expected. Worth the price and super easy to use.Quality hasn’t suffered from the old one I was using
