I purchased the 5 CORE Dynamic Instrument Microphone for $19.99, expecting a good-quality microphone for the price. Unfortunately, the one I received was defective. It emitted a persistent humming/static noise when plugged in. I initially thought the issue might be with my mixer, especially since it also had a cable problem, but replacing cables didn't resolve the issue. This was especially disappointing because I needed the microphone for weekend work and couldnโt use it. Despite the affordable price, the defective unit was a letdown. For that, I will give it 3 stars.

I realize this was an inexpensive order, but while I did not expect great quality, I hoped it would at least work. It didnโt. I received a replacement for the broken one the very next day, which was surprisingly fast. I tested that one and it works just fine. You can tell the build quality isnโt the greatest. However, the sound is decent and good for the kind of recording style. I want to use it for.
