The product is okay. The plastic harness that replaces your old plastic harness for all your knobs and radio is cheaper Plastic in the clips snap very easily. Some were just not clip in like the hazard light ,I was able to make it work but you're going to have to be very careful with those clips. They didn't really line up very well with the old knob console. I haven't yet got the reverse camer hooked up that will be on another review.

I haven't done the install yet so this is but half the review - I'll update later. This is a complete upgrade kit replacing the original stereo radio and adding GPS moving map navigation with a feature filled device that interfaces with cell phone and a whole lot more. I like my FJ and don't want to replace it just yet, but the radio and electronic are for sure dated (who uses a CD player anymore)? This kit is a whole lot less expensive than a new vehicle, while upgrading the driver interface at a reasonable price. This kit looks complete with all the doodads, connectors, wiring, and parts appearing to be good quality. There sure are a lot of connectors! And while the whole package looks a bit daunting at first, the instructions are step-by-step. easy to understand, illustrated well and there's contact information if one needs help. It shouldn't be too difficult to get this upgrade in and working in my FJ Cruiser.

I was a bit leery about replacing my stock head unit with an aftermarket unit especially considering the size of the trim piece that was required to make it fit correctly but this unit does just that. Is an absolutely perfect fit and I cannot tell that this is not the stereo that came from the factory. Obviously the big bonus is that you go from a pretty featureless factory stereo to a fully featured touch screen unit with wireless carplay and tons of other options. Definitely worth it as an upgrade
