This light did not come with a switch. I was stuck with soft white. Unable to maker any changes to temperature color.

I have a Tripoli II ceiling fan and this light doesn't work with it.

Difficult to install. Doesn't fit with all types of fans. Flicker on certain settings.

This has a switch where you can put it on warm (3000), warm/cool (which looks too cool for my taste, 4500), or cool. The instructions about setting were wrong (because there's a switch), nothing about wiring (blue is hot, btw), and nothing about installing. Thankfully there were magnets so I stuck it with that. Sadly, it flickers even though I installed a brand new dimmer switch and it really doesn't seem dimmable at all. If I put the switch on high, it flickers a lot. On low, it doesn't seem to flicker.
