I made a door using western red cedar, which had some loose knots and one completely void knot hole. I added this mahogany colored pigment to epoxy resin to fill the open knot hole. I was expecting a uniformly colored patch but I instead got a beautiful multi-colored, swirling effect that is indistinguishable from a real knot hole.

Brown seems to be a popular color when it comes to lazy Susan’s, we’ve sold a bunch of them, especially blended with gold or orange.

We used this as the base color with epoxy resin to resurface our kitchen table. It behaved as expected and the color came out great, a nice rich mahogany. The mica-to-resin ratio we used was towards the top end of the range listed on the product page.

Fortunately I like the Emerald Green, and I already ordered Nutmeg which I think is similar to the Mahogany, so I still gave it 4 stars.

Used as pigment for wood cracks/voids. It’s beautiful and super easy to work with. A tiny bit lasts forever

Used to color epoxy for use on a countertop. Purchased additional colors to add “veins” after the initial por w this mahogany color but honestly i could have just used this product. It was gorgeous without the extra colors.
