I needed to drill a hole and fish my trailer harness from above my van's floor down to the 7 prong plug. The heavy outer cover made it easy to pull through the drilled hole, and will also keep the wires from being cut. On a trailer you can easily slit the outer cover to do the lights on one side, and continue to the opposite side. That means no more odd loose wires zip tied underneath ready to get caught and ripped. This was the perfect product for wiring up my van.

I kept breaking the regular wiring on my trailer so I went for something tougher. This is very thick and sturdy. I was hoping to slide the casing over some parts of the wire connections, but the wires fit very snugly in the outer insulation. Otherwise it is great!

Heavy duty and better than what was on the truck previously. I'm in the process of updating all of the lights/wiring on this 1973 Chevy C60 Grain Truck. What I didn't like was the fact the wire inside the jacket are not your standard wires like on a trailer - meaning brown, green, white and yellow. I can't remember now what the colors were - I know there was a blue wire - had the wires matched the industry standard for tail, turn, brake and running lights I would have given this 5 stars. The devil is in the details.

Works very good, outer sheath is a little soft it should stiffen up over time. Great quality of cooper wires and outer coating.
