1.Please add milk or vegetable oil to the chocolate sauce, do not add water.

I used this as a central display at my family reunion. It was a hit. I would suggest you get the chocolate package associated with the fountain because it flows perfectly like a waterfall. I used another brand and having to take all the extra steps to ensure the consistency was a big pain. So yes I know for sure the suggested brand of chocolate is better. The clean up is work but it was so worth it to see my family’s faces. They were hovering like sharks even when it was all gone. The fountain with a two pound bag of chocolate lasted three hours.
