I gifted these animal activity books to my 4-year-old grandson, who is obsessed with animals. The dinosaur one was the first he picked up, and he spent hours going through it. He loves alternating between the books each day. While they’re intended for older kids, he really enjoys the pictures and loves listening to his mommy read them to him. Even though he doesn’t speak, it’s clear he genuinely enjoys them and takes great care of the books. It brings us all so much joy to hear him roar or see the excitement in his eyes as he looks through these amazing books.

I chose these activity books for my 7-year-old son he and he has been enjoying them.The books are great and with good quality paper for what they are. The imagery, the colours are all nice and bright and vibrant, and the themes chosen are perfect; Jurassic, Forest, Zoo and Ocean as they include animals that will appeal to any child.What I really like about these search and find activity books is that there’s even a little extra added to them. There’s fun facts and interesting information sprinkled all throughout, as well as additional little side activities that really make this activity book set worthwhile.Whether you hang onto them for trips on the road or wind down time in mental stimulation at home; these activity books are a really great choice and I would highly recommend.

A bundle of 4 search books similar to finding Waldo but for animals in the ocean, zoo and forest and dinosaurs in the jurassic. Plenty of fun for both boys and girls. The pages are very colourful, thick quality paper, with explanations, fun facts and learning opportunities. The last page in the booklets contains the answers to questions asked and highlights where the hidden animals are. This is a wonderful tool for entertaining kids on long rides or at a doctors office, it teaches attention, focus and interesting knowledge / facts that the kids can then further research if they're interested. Each booklet is approx. $6 which is on the higher end, pricing you'd find at airport kiosks. Suitable for older toddler age group and up.

These weren’t exactly what I was expecting. A little too advanced for my two year old. That being said I do have them out up for when she’s a little older. However if purchasing for an older child these would be great to travel with. Easy and thin enough to pack and plenty of items to find to keep them busy. I do wish the pages were more vibrant as I found them to be sort of dull. You do get 4 books so these would be good for multi kid families as well.Hope this helps!

And this 4 pack Activity Book Set certainly does that! Lots of animals to find, which led to many questions asked! Most appreciated during a 6 hr. one way trip to visit relatives. A strong 5-star product!

These search and find activity books are perfect for in the car or just keeping your kids occupied at home. Each book follows a theme, and all four themes are pretty appealing to kids. The books themselves don't feel like the highest quality and it doesn't take much to rip them, so care will need to be taken. Finding the objects on the pages comes with a very wide range of difficulty. Some items are barely hidden and are very easily found while some pages have items that are hidden incredibly well which might be a struggle to find.Overall, the books are pretty fun and shouldn't be too difficult for the most part (aside from an item or two every few pages).

Both my grandson and my wife love hidden picture books and this set is no exception. Each book (which is more like a high end magazine). Each scene covers two pages and comes with a question (like”Which of these two insects has eight legs?”) and facts about four of the animals in the scene. The pages are colorful and beautifully illustrated. A sidebar on the left shows the items to be found (about 10 per scene) and they range in difficulty from extremely simple to very tricky. When my grandson saw this set he immediately sat down with a felt tip pen and the hunt was on. One scene kept him busy for almost 40 minutes, what with looking for animals and just looking at the scene in general, and he did not get frustrated. He doesn’t read yet but each animal you need to find has its name beneath it, so he is getting some word-picture recognition. I haven’t yet found the ideal pen or marker for him to use yet (the shiny pages and the colors used are somewhat resistant to the markers we have used so far). The answers to each scene are in the back of each book and help in the beginning to give you an idea of how the authors like to hide things. This is a great set and highly recommended, especially around this holiday season.

This is a great set of look and find books for kids. I love that it goes beyond just searching for hidden pictures by including some animal facts and questions. Each book has a page at the beginning that shows you what to expect on the pages in the book. Each picture spreads across two pages and includes a list of animals to find, one question to test your knowledge and facts about 4 different animals that you can also find on those pages. The questions are generally pretty easy and are either random facts you may know or finding how many of certain items are hiding in the picture. I love the information on the different animals on the pages. I love that some more unique animals are included in these as well. Some of the reading in this section can be pretty tough for younger children though, so you may need to help there a bit. Some pronunciation keys could be helpful. The hidden pictures range from pretty easy to find to a bit more difficult, so each page is sure to entertain a good variety of ages. All of the pictures are bright and colorful. Everything is very well illustrated. I haven't looked through everything completely yet, but I have noticed a couple typos. The end of each book contains an answer key that will tell you the answer to the quiz question and where to find each hidden picture. This is great, but the pages are not numbered so it isn't easy to quickly identify the page you are on. The books are pretty durable, similar to many magazines, with thicker pages and a slightly glossy appearance. These are great for car or plane rides, quiet times, rainy days or any other time you need a little fill in activity. Children that can't read yet will still enjoy looking at the colorful pictures and finding different animals. These could easily be used on their own or in conjunction with learning about animals that live in different habitats. I am saving these for later on, but I know they will be a big hit. I would recommend this set to others.
