I purchased these to use for our church events. They have been a very helpful addition to our kitchen utensils.So far, I have used them on salad bars, nacho bars, sandwich topping bars, and chili topping bars. I love that they are sturdier than than plastic ones, and that don't hold grease/scents after washing. I also love that they are made with stainless steel instead of aluminum.They are useful for a variety of buffet items, and look great as well.
