Well I could not get the tube to bolt to the heat shield not even close. That alone took about an hour trying to get it to fit right. Knowing now it was not my doing it was wrong in the kit. The arm was welded on wrong or not even the right arm welded on the tube. But it did look good I can say that.

fitted great on my 06 silverado 2LS, though the heat shield didn't fit all of the bolts, it fit enough to make it snug, and the hose clamp to hold the cone air filter to the rest of the assembly was not included so I had to go to Lowes to get a 6-inch hose clamp, but when it was all done and set together, flooring the gas down the highway with this thing and hearing it was worth every penny I spent.

Only issue was one bolt hole didn't line up and had to use a new self tapping screw to mount box. Which was no big deal! I would recommend for anyone with a Tahoe to purchase.
