If you are not sure about the type of track connector, measure the contact pieces of the track connector you already have.
If the contact-tips are 1 inch apart, it is likely a "J" type, but if they are 7/8 inch apart, the track is likely an "L" type.

These lights change the look of my living room. They were easy to put up in an old track lighting system. The best thing is the seller called me to make sure I was ordering the right type of light. The ends slide into the track and if you don’t order the correct size they will not work. Great customer service
