If someone is considering buying this they may want to search the videos that show how to put it on a vehicle and then look for the completed product with three actual bikes on the rack. As far as we could tell, none exists. We spent a couple of hours trying different configurations and the final assessment is, with two bikes that were in conflict, would potentially, with a large bump, crack or break the back window. Also the back wiper was incapacitated. I think Amazon should allow negative stars for a product that deserve a scam rating. This would be on the opposite end of any positive review.

This took about 90 minutes to figure out… Directions are minimal at best, and what we found online was not very helpful. It definitely doesn't fit 3 bikes. We were able to get 2 adult bike on it. The screws are too short to hold the red rubber pieces on the rack poll. We will only be able to use this driving slow, and not more than a few miles from home for fear the bikes will fall off the car with a sudden stop!

We’ve used this bike rack now 3 times for longer bike voyages. Upon purchase, the assembly and installation instructions were vague and unclear, the build of the product itself is cheap and not terribly sturdy for what it is. You need to purchase your own means of securing the bikes to the rack, if you don’t want to tie bows with the literal RIBBON that they provide. This time, upon taking the bikes out, 2 of the red bike holder pieces came flying off on the highway, therefore leaving only the bungees that we purchased and put on just as an additional precaution. That ended up being the only thing stopping these bikes from flying into the windshield of the vehicle behind us. I under no circumstance recommend this product.

The concept of this bike rack is great, however the actual the construction if this particular rack is too light. Unfortunately the straps on the holders are incomprehensible, very difficult to actually implement.

We were unable to put the product together at all. The customer service tried to help us but it was ultimately a faulty product. We returned it within the return window and they tried to refund us $4 instead of the full amount. I'm currently working with Amazon trying to get my full refund. We were charged $10 for shipping to receive the product and they charged us $60 to return the product. This is ridiculous. My claim was denied because we received the product, that didn't work, but Amazon rectified it for me. NOT the seller.

This bike rack is extremely difficult to assemble. The assembly instructions are useless. The bike rack does not match the rack shown in the photos. There is no customer service number to call for assistance. The materials are very poor quality. You will regret buying this.
