My first trial of this was behind our tractor. I wanted something with substantial weight to test the supposed 1,000 lb limit. Well, after looking around the men decided they would be the weight and they took the sled part way too seriously. It was comical but worked well and although a few of them have stone bruises on their behind it really did impress. I'm not sure how long it will hold up on the terrain we will be using it on, but it seems pretty resilient despite its thinner feel and weight. Only time will tell, but so far so good.My Review Criteria: I do not review anything that I don't want/need for my own personal use and I have enough knowledge about it to provide accurate and useful details. I do tell it like it is and I am not influenced to provide feedback that isn't based on facts or my own experience. Therefore you can trust my unbiased review as if I were a friend looking out for your best interest and that of your hard-earned money.

This arrived in a nice, solid cardboard box. It was sturdy and took no damage. The sled was rolled up and the whole thing took up a lot less space than I could have imagined. It was a bit heavy to move, but not too bad. It feels like a poly or plastic material, but it is almost ¼ inch thick! It is rolled up, but it really, really, wants to be flat!It comes in a nice box that would be perfect for gift giving, with decent images and illustrations on how to use the sled. There is an inner non-woven bag with the hardware and an instruction sheet. It took some doing, but I managed to get it back into the box to store until we need it later this fall.We got this to drag various things. There are lots of things that need to move from here to there on a farm - compost, straw bales, logs, mulch and stone. We can easily see it being a big help dragging stone up from the creek.I plan to use this haul sled for all of that and anything else that comes up. I could easily hook it up to the back of the farm truck and even our van with a hitch, or on the back of the tractor. This is going to make things so much easier!

This is such a neat solution for moving heavier or bulkier objects around your yard! I love it attaches to my lawn tractor pretty easily, I haul large chunks of cut tree pieces, And I even moved a old Fire pit. It is very well made, and sturdy, Great design for versatile usage. I love it when physics and science play apart and making your job easier! Definitely recommend it and I thought it was a fair price.

When I first looked at the pictures of this item I thought it was a thick durable sled that could be used for heavy duty work with a mini skid steer around the property. Nope not really. It is simply a pipe attached to a rolled up piece of plastic and I can clearly see weak points as there are single bolts that are used to brace the pipe against the plastic to avoid it ripping when pulled. Make no mistake it is going to rip. Although it is advertised to be used with loads up to 1,000 pounds that is going to be highly determined by the terrain you have. Gravel perhaps but grass, mud and assorted other items are going to be tough sledding (pun intended). Interestingly, the item is labeled as patent pending but I don't see how that will happen. Baseball has used a version of one of these for decades to provide the infield with that nice swirl of dirt leveling. Lastly, I'll point out the price. At a whopping $150 you can get a very nice steel cart that will carry as much weight as this sled without the risk of it breaking. I personally do not see the value in this item and can only go as high as 2/5 stars. Others may think differently and/or have a different use-case but gotta be transparent with what I'm seeing with this item.

This yard glider has been a lifesaver this year. It is 36" x 60" and has a weight capacity of 1000 lb. We have used it to move many different things in and around our yard, we have used it to move a grill, leaves, firewood, pallets, tires, mulch, gravel, grass, etc. I was not fond of the idea but we used to pull my jeep hard top up onto a car trailer so it would be easier for me and my boyfriend to put on my jeep. This worked well, I'm not gonna lie I was kinda freaking out the whole time. This is a versatile item and can be used in many different situations. It has 2 metal ropes with hooks on the front to hook to a 4 wheeler, lawnmower, or utility vehicle. We have just pulled it by hand anytime we have used it and still makes it alot easier to move things around. It is large but thin so it can be stored behind things easily and wont take up much storage space.

This is a great yard sled. My husband has used it to help him move multiple things. It's sturdy and does a great job at distributing the weight of an item making it easier to move large items.

This sled is slippery on the underside which allows dragging any load on any surface, cement, asphalt, grass. Haven’t been able to find a surface that it can’t traverse. Recommended for utility.
