This converter is very handy to have. I use it when I pull my boat out of the water to connect the house outlet to the boat's 30 amp plug. This is perfect to keep the battery charger running so my batteries stay fresh. I recommend it.

It isn't the size of my RV plug in. Was confusing to me at first.That being said this thing seems solid. Like you could step on it, maybe even run it over.

I bring my travel trailer to the house before traveling and it's handy to be able to plug it in at home so I can get the refrigerator cold and run the AC if needed. This adapter twist locks onto the shore power plug of the RV and then plugs into a 50' 10g extension cord connected to an outlet in my garage. There are other adapters which work at the house outlet end of the shore power cord but I find this one more convenient.It apppears to very solid and well made.Be careful about how many devices you turn on inside the RV because this is connected to either a 15amp or 20amp household circuit, not a 30amp circuit available in the campsite.The only improvement I would suggest is adding a locking collar (spin-on) which would relieve the strain from the RV's plug's pins.
