Great for keeping jewelry and other brass, copper, gold, silver and hardwood items from tarnishing. These cloths even have the ability to remove minor surface scratches. These cloths are truly versatile! With a number of uses and superb cleaning ability, you just cannot go wrong! Directions: Clear surface of any dust, sand etc. Rub the surface to be polished with medium pressure (not too softly, not too hard) until clean. Once cloth has blackened and no longer polishes, it must be replaced. DO NOT WASH CLOTH!

I work with copper in my craftsmanship.Tarnish is a continuous problem. I NEED to clean my display items weekly, & it's a tedious task. I've been told for yrs, to use a Sunshine Cloth & I haven't.... Thinking they're too expensive, & were too small for the price.Well? I should have done it a long time ago!!!I'd read the reviews & saw many saying they'd ordered the 3pk & only received one. I ordered the 3pkg, & thought I'd only received one Sunshine Cloth. Upon closer exam, it IS A 3pk. All 3 are packaged in a tightly sealed single plastic bag.I'd also read people stating what they received were very dried out. Mine weren't! In fact they were so tightly sealed, I had to use a letter opener to slit the plastic bag to open (no excess packaging to be able to cut open with scissors).I tried the Sunshine Cloth on some copper I'd already cleaned a couple days ago. I thought it was clean....I couldn't BELIEVE how much more tarnish came off the "cleaned" pieces!The Sunshine Cloth removed a Lot More tarnish!Yes, the cloth turns black as it removes the tarnish. That black IS the tarnish being removed.I also read complaints in the reviews stating their fingers turned black after using the Sunshine Cloth. Yes that's also true, because it's removing the tarnish. All in all the black residue (tarnish) on your fingers is Nothing to worry about, it easily washes right off.My final opinion of the Sunshine Cloth is, I LOVE IT! It polished the copper with a beautiful mirror finish!!!Now, I'm wondering how long the shine will hold....YES, I WILL buy it again, & YES I will recommend it to others.

Will clean anything with one wipe. DO NOT use on plated metal, it will remove it instantly. Takes completely black pieces of jewelry to new, with no chemicals. I buy these all the time. Won't use anything else.
