Product Description

Timer Delay Relay Programmable Cycle Timer Switch

Timer

Product instructions

The time control relay is a passive output countdown time control relay, according to the working voltage is divided into DC12V, DC24V, AC110-220V three specifications, equipped with one way normally open relay, with timer on, timer off, alternate on/off, alternate off/on, cycle on/off and cycle off/on six working modes, timing unit synchronization. Power on automatically triggers timing operation, and disconnection automatically saves the last valid setting.

1. Short press button “SET”: Start the Time Setting Mode and screen will blinking. Please set time T1 during blinking. Press button “SET” and screen will blinking again. Set time T2 during blinking. Then save set in two method: Waiting for 6S and the screen stop blinking. The system automatically saves the setting time; Press button “SET”.

2. Long press button “SET”: Start the Parameter Setting Mode. There are two parameters for your choice: P0 and P1. You can select P0 or P1 by short press “SET”. Under the parameter P0, P1 you can set the parameter by the button UP and button DOWN.

3. Restart key: Trigger the function again. After the timer finishes work normally. If needs to work again please short press the 'Restart key' to restart the timer.

4. Delayed start-up is to cut off the power first and then keep it power-on.

Assuming a 6 seconds delay in power-on is required, the code parameters are set to P0=0, P1=0, the timing parameter PV digital tube is set to 6, and SV ignores the setting.

5. Delayed shutdown is to power on first and then keep it power off.

If the shutdown needs to be delayed for 6 seconds, the code parameter is set to P0=0, P1=1, the timing parameter PV nixie tube is set to 6, and SV ignores the setting.

6. Alternate switch once setting:

(1)First power off and then power on, alternately once to keep the power off, not cycle.

Assuming you need to shut down for 100 seconds, then power on for 50 seconds, and finally shut down. Then the code parameter is set to P0=0, P1=2, the timing parameter PV digital tube is set to 100, and the SV digital tube is set to 50.

(2)First power on and then power off, alternate once to keep the power on, not cycle.

Suppose it is necessary to turn on the power for 100 seconds, then turn off the power for 50 seconds, and finally turn on the power. Then the code parameters are set to P0=0, P1=3, set the timing parameters PV digital tube to 100 and SV digital tube to 50.

7. Infinite cycle switch setting

(1)First Power off and then power on, infinite cycle.

Suppose it is necessary to stop the power for 100 seconds and then turn on the power for 50 seconds, infinite cycle. Then the code parameters are set to P0=0, P1=4, the timing parameters PV digital tube is set to 100, SV digital tube is set to 50.

(2)First power on and then power off, infinite cycle.

Assume the need to power on for 100 seconds and then power off for 50 seconds, infinite cycle. Then the code parameters are set to P0=0, P1=5, set the timing parameters PV digital tube to 100 and SV digital tube to 50.

DC24V relay

Set-up

P0--0: T1 timing for Seconds (0-999s).

P0--1: T1 timing for Minutes (0-999m).

P0--2: T1 timing for Hours (0-999h).

P1-0 Load is off until (T1 or PV) time counts down to 0 then the load will come on and stay on.

P1-1 The load comes on as the power button is pressed. After PV Time the load will go off.

P1-2 The load is off for (T1 or PV)(delay time) then the load switches on and runs for the time set in (T2 or SV) then switches off until power switch is pressed to cycle again.

P1-3 Load is on until PV Time runs out Then after SV time runs out the load will come on and stay on.

P1-4 Load is off until (T1 or PV)(Delay) time counts down to 0, then load comes on until SV time counts down to 0 then the load is off then it cycles again and again-auto cycle.

P1-5 The load is on until (T1 or PV) time counts down to 0 then powers down and after (T2 or SV)Time counts down to 0 the load will start working and cycle again and again-auto cycle.

Little tough to program but once that's done works great even without power for a while

I have been using these timers for a number of months now and I have used them in various electronic DIY projects. These timers are always aceturate and very easy to set up. Just hookup your supply voltage to the terminals marked + and -. Then hookup what you want controlled (for a programmed amount of time) to the terminals marked S1 and S2. The time you set will be the time the relay will remain closed powering your device for that amount of time. The time can be set for either seconds, minutes, or hours all from 0 to 999. The timer has various operating modes - for example you can start with the relay closed (output power applied) until the time set is reached - then the relay will open (no output power applied) - or you can set it up to do the exact opposite. You can even do the same but with a delay programmed in. This makes these timer very useful and flexible with a wide range of uses.I highly recommend these timers!

i used this to have an off-delay timer for work box lights on a truck, when these work they work great, but out of the 4 i’ve bought only one works semi-properly, first off the terminals on these absolutely suck, you will 100% need a ferrule on your wires or tinned wires at the very least or they just straight up come out or make a super bad connection, second don’t be surprised if they just randomly die on you, two of them i got worked for 15 seconds then everything went blank on the displays and they never worked again, i also HIGHLY doubt these can actually handle 20A as stated in the product description, based on the design and insides I’d say they can probably do 5A max before they blow up or melt, they are also extremely cheaply made, the front faceplate flexes around more then a diving board, returning all of them since their so unreliable and looking into different solutions

This is a good cheaper costing timer that can be programmed for delay on or delay off. Not sure how the second timer feature works, but I don't use it. It runs cool even when using it at close to rated amperage at 12vdc.I noticed a relay bump, or momentary flash or momentary contact closed when powered on (in delay mode) when it shouldn't have done that? This might be a concern for some users?I use it in a power on and forget it delay to shut off LED string lights on my motorhome for 4 hours and it works well for this. You get what you pay for.harder than other units to program, just keep the instructions close by that ARE NOT INCLUDED.Download instruction manual before buying to see if this works for you. Thanks

Simple timer and works well. The only thing that I did was place an on/off switch in the circuit that it is in. If not, there is no other way to stop or pause the timer function.
