Little tough to program but once that's done works great even without power for a while

I have been using these timers for a number of months now and I have used them in various electronic DIY projects. These timers are always aceturate and very easy to set up. Just hookup your supply voltage to the terminals marked + and -. Then hookup what you want controlled (for a programmed amount of time) to the terminals marked S1 and S2. The time you set will be the time the relay will remain closed powering your device for that amount of time. The time can be set for either seconds, minutes, or hours all from 0 to 999. The timer has various operating modes - for example you can start with the relay closed (output power applied) until the time set is reached - then the relay will open (no output power applied) - or you can set it up to do the exact opposite. You can even do the same but with a delay programmed in. This makes these timer very useful and flexible with a wide range of uses.I highly recommend these timers!

i used this to have an off-delay timer for work box lights on a truck, when these work they work great, but out of the 4 i’ve bought only one works semi-properly, first off the terminals on these absolutely suck, you will 100% need a ferrule on your wires or tinned wires at the very least or they just straight up come out or make a super bad connection, second don’t be surprised if they just randomly die on you, two of them i got worked for 15 seconds then everything went blank on the displays and they never worked again, i also HIGHLY doubt these can actually handle 20A as stated in the product description, based on the design and insides I’d say they can probably do 5A max before they blow up or melt, they are also extremely cheaply made, the front faceplate flexes around more then a diving board, returning all of them since their so unreliable and looking into different solutions

This is a good cheaper costing timer that can be programmed for delay on or delay off. Not sure how the second timer feature works, but I don't use it. It runs cool even when using it at close to rated amperage at 12vdc.I noticed a relay bump, or momentary flash or momentary contact closed when powered on (in delay mode) when it shouldn't have done that? This might be a concern for some users?I use it in a power on and forget it delay to shut off LED string lights on my motorhome for 4 hours and it works well for this. You get what you pay for.harder than other units to program, just keep the instructions close by that ARE NOT INCLUDED.Download instruction manual before buying to see if this works for you. Thanks

Simple timer and works well. The only thing that I did was place an on/off switch in the circuit that it is in. If not, there is no other way to stop or pause the timer function.
