These grill covers are exactly as described. They fit perfectly and look great. The screws seem high quality and the metal grills are pretty stiff and sturdy. The plastic ring is sleek and tapered to look modern. They sit very flush and look great on white ceilings!

My home theater system's rear speakers are too heavy to mount directly to my ceiling tiles. These proved to be the perfect solution to finishing the installation. I essentially suspended my ceiling speakers over a roughly 5" hole in the ceiling tiles with some 2x4s (they're too heavy for the ceiling tiles to be directly mounted to them). Then, I removed the speaker grates on these and screwed the screws through the ceiling tile into small retaining rubber washers (not included). This allows me to still easily remove the ceiling tile as needed. I'm very pleased with these. Their build quality, finish is good.
