The flat back of these earrings is perfect for sleeping in, so I can leave them in all the time and not have to fumble each morning putting earrings in. I wasn't sure which size would work best, so I'm glad I got all three sizes in the set and could test which one I liked. The post for the smallest one is a bit too short for my upper ear cartilage, so I use the post of the middle one. The guide tool is convenient - I previously would use the post of another earring to guide the post in from the back, but this tool is much easier.

I had a similar stud in my nose previously. The only difference was that it was a push-in top as opposed to a screw-in top. I somehow managed to lose the top of the piercing and had to put an old nose screw in until I could find something to replace it. For me, the size choice was a little like Goldilocks, the small is too small, the big is too big, but the middle is just right. I originally tried the larger top, but felt it was just a little too big.I have not tried these as earrings, though I am intrigued. My ears were pierced about 50 years ago in a mall with a piercing gun because we didn't know any better in 1976. The holes in my ears have long since closed and I was thinking of having them pierced again. One thing that has prevented me was concern over whether I would be allergic to the metal. I have really sensitive skin. I have had one of these studs in my nose for a month and I have not had any issues at all.It's also coordinated well with the blingy face cover for my Apple watch and my wedding ring set. I may be 55, but you are never too old for a little bling. ;)My only criticism is that I wish the stones were bezel set as opposed to prong set. I am very careful not to catch the prongs on anything when I'm washing my face, but I can see how it could happen accidentally.

This set of three flat back internal thread studs have been in my ears for several weeks now with no noticeable reaction. I wanted to give them a good test run to see that they did not cause a delayed reaction. My ears react to anything less. I found these studs easy to insert and screw together. The shortest stud is a tight fit for my cartilage, but I wanted a short post to prevent feeling it when sleeping. It’s very comfortable and the smallest stone is dainty. For the price point they are a good value; they give the undecided a range of options when switching to flatback earrings. I recommend them, they were a pleasant surprise that exceeded my expectation for the ease of putting them in; 5 Stars.

These are GORGEOUS! They sparkle like crazy and the colors in the stone is so stunning! I personally have never used this type of jewelry- with the screw type connection, but they are fairly easy to insert with the included taper pin. There’s no irritation, there could be a little irritation, if you’re working with a new piercing or re-opening one. The flat back is great for comfort!! Especially for the nose. The set comes in 3 sizes of gems. 2 studs for each size. They would work for just about all of your piercing needs. I definitely recommend these! Go get you a set, or more because there are different colors! Thanks for checking out my review

I ordered these studs because they screw together so they don’t fall out in my hair or clothing. Once I screwed the stud to the flat back, I didn’t even feel them in my ears, there is no pointy stud back, they are very comfortable. The longer post on the stud made it easier to find the flat back and screw the two pieces together. This order came with three different sized stud sets. I wear the largest set as earrings, they are tasteful and not ostentatious. The earring in the picture is the largest in the group. The color quality is brilliant for a simulated diamond stone. They clean up easily with a rubbing alcohol pad or can sit in a cup with peroxide.

This review is for 20G Flat Back Earrings Stud Nose Ring Titanium Internal Thread Tragus Labret Cartilage Lip Medusa Conch Body Piercing Jewelry Nose Stud Hypoallergenic for Women Men(Black S)These are even prettier in person than in the photos. They arrived in a small pouch, with 4 smaller pouches inside. Each pair of studs is in it's own tiny pouch, and the guide pin has it's own pouch.I'm using these as nose studs, it was super simple to insert and I didn't need the guide pin at all. My reacts to all kinds of metal alloys so I'm always cautious with costume jewelry, but 15 hours later my skin is tolerating it well and no reaction.I like this screw-on style SO much! My fat fingers fumbled a bit with getting the gem onto the stud to screw it on but it was still much easier than the nose rings I've been using for years.
