1. If you have any problems with the installation, please check the instruction manual inside the package and the video on our product picture listing page or send us an Amazon email, we will help you better if you can send us a message with pictures or video.
2. If you experience lost or damaged accessories, please let us know with pictures and we will take care of it for you as soon as possible. After many tests, we think that 45° is a more suitable angle for using the wheel. You can also adjust the wheel according to your own feeling.
3. When installing, be sure to tighten the screws that hold the blade until the screws cannot be moved, and you can tell that they are tightened if the bolts are partially over the nut.
4. Please charge the battery first when you use it, if the battery can't be charged or can't be used after charging, please send us an Amazon email! If the weed whacker stops working during use, please take out the battery and check if there are weeds or objects stuck in the motor, if you can't solve it please let us know and attach a video or picture, we will help you to solve it.
6. When assembling the telescopic handle, make sure that the ends of the plugs match each other and that the metal rods have grooves embedded in each other.

I’m so happy with this tool. It’s exactly what I needed for maintaining my lawn and garden! It is easy to handle and it is lightweight yet sturdy as I move it around. The setup is easy, just make sure both rechargeable batteries are fully charged and choose the blade you need, turn it on and you’re ready to go. It works great for both weed eating and trimming and switching between tasks is so easy. I love how it makes trimming back brushes so simple and easy. One of my favorites is how well it makes a good line for your liner in your garden. It gives my yard a professional look that I’m really proud of. The battery lasts a long time, even when I’m working on larger areas, it does not run out of power.

I appreciate the convenience of this cordless weed wacker set. It's much easier to maneuver without worrying about extension cords. The different attachments are useful, and the whole set is pretty straightforward to use. Makes lawn care less of a chore. It's light enough for me to use and powerful enough to edge around my driveway and in the groves in the driveway as well. It reaches under the bushes and does a great job cleaning around the base of my home. All this with one battery and enough of a full charge. Came with gloves and protect glasses as well, glad to have it.

The machine is simple yet powerful. It does the job pretty nicely. It has been very useful for cutting excessive lawn grass in our front yard. It trims the grass neatly and leaves beautiful straight lines. It provides three types of blades and the usages are versatile. The trimmer head is pretty precise and is perfect for trimming shrub and bush. The machine is lightweight, plus it has wheels on it. It's fairly easy and comfortable to operate. They designed it with safety considerations, including having a safety lock to prevent mistaken turn-on. It battery life is decent. It can continuously work for more than half an hour, which is enough for the job in my yard.
