This was pretty easy to assemble and hooked on the ladder easily.

The assembly instructions show a model that is a flat piece of metal where you bolt the wheel and attach the upper and lower halves of the hooks together. In actuality that section is a channel and thus considerably thicker. The bolts supplied clearly were for the flat model because they are not long enough to go all the way through the two connected channels AND through the wheel piece. You can barely get the nut on and cannot screw it securely. This is extremely unsafe and will lead to a failure and deaths. I was able to use without the wheels okay, but if you need that feature, lawyer up before buying this product. This is insane for product designed for safety. Do not buy.

Worked really well. Enabled me to hook over edge of roof and make repairs I couldn’t otherwise. Would definitely recommend.

Kinda flimsy, the wing nuts are terrible, you cant tighten the hooks up enough to keep them from moving. I’m not impressed or feel safe with the ladder moving left to right.

These hooks are very important and useful to control lateral movement of your ladder against your rooftop!! Heavy duty hooks!!

The ladder hook itself is fine but the hardware is terrible! The bolts that are used to fasten with wingnuts are too short and can’t be tightened properly. This is very dangerous and could lead to harm! I had to buy my own bolts! Look to country of origin!
