My forearm had been bothering me and sleeping was the worst. Bought this and wore it a week or two and pain went away. I only wore it a couple of times during the day but every night when I slept. I would recommend it.

Didn't really do much to help. Tried tight and not so tight at all. Helped for a few minutes both ways but seemed to make it even more painful after. Copper Compression sleeve helped way more...
