My air conditioner coils were constantly freezing up because I had the paper filters. Had to constantly pry them off the coils because they froze to them. Replaced with these fiberglass filters and PRESTO! The air flow was way better and had not froze 1 time. My handler takes 16x20x1 and even fits perfectly. Less dusty in air as well.

Hard to find at first but these are exactly what I was looking for. The pleated filters limit the air flow and a good way to tell is if the filters are concave or bowl shaped when you go to replace them. I mostly wanted this type of filter for the winter so my gas furnace could blow at full blast. After I swapped these out for the pleated air filters you could definitely tell the airflow increase! Good value too.

I really like these air filters - they are not too thick where they restrict the air flow the quality is great and the size (14x30) fit perfectly it helps control dust flying around in the air. Will buy again!
