If you park your lawn mower on hard ground for a long time, please lift the front wheels off the ground, or the next time you go out to mow, they will have a flat area.
If the parking time is short, don't park on hard ground. Park it on the mud outside, they stay around.
If your lawn mower has a flat area instead of something big, they will indeed return to the original point after trimming a little bit.

Theses were what I needed. I had replace the front tires on my Gravely Zero turn mower and had to repair them while almost new. Decided to go with these that do not go flat. Came with 2 sizes of bearings which were easy to exchange and spacers to center the tire. Took about 20 minutes to change them out.
