FUSE CHARACTERISTICS – Fuses are color-coded and printed with the rated current on top for easy identification and installation. Transparent housings allow for visual inspection (in case of a blown fuse) and are molded with non-conductive, heat-resistant nylon. Blades are made of anti-corrosive plated zinc alloy. The result is a high temperature tolerant fuse that provides optimum overcurrent protection of electrical circuits in automotive vehicles and electrical equipment.

These were for a 2024 Rav4 prime XSE with premium package. The problem I had was that the fuse taps that I previously used that fit great in the fuse slots in the front driver side interior fuse box were loose when I also tried to use the same brand in the luggage compartment fuse box slots. I finally found these BioFuse ones that fit snuggly in the slots in the luggage compartment fuse box. Will see if they stay snug after driving for a few months. I did not see if they would also fit in the driver side interior fuse box but guessing they would be pretty tight there.

Fit 2016 Subaru Legacy and 2017 Outback perfectly. Used both connected together to move DCM fuse to a spot that turns off when the car is off to avoid parasitic drain of battery. Fit fuse box under hood perfectly.

This product was a great tool for installing my radar detector. I have it mounted high up on my windshield out of sight and I didn't like the power cord that plugs into the cigarette lighter so I bought a hardwire kit from cobra and ran the wire behind the trim. Easy install just crimp power wire to this wire tap and crimp ground wire to metal near fuse box and plug into a fuse (I used my radio fuse so it turns on when I start the car and turns off when I shut the car off). Just make sure this is the right fuse size for your vehicle. I have a G37 but I know all cars have different kinds of fuses Im sure if this works with a radar detector it would also work with a dash cam. If I needed to install something else I would purchase again however this comes with 2 wire taps and I don't see myself needing any more than 2.
