Purchased these for an RF project replacing a failed mosfet. After multiple failures (6) and numerous hours of troubleshooting the board components resulting in damaging the board traces due to all of the unsoldering and soldering, I was able to conclude it was the batch of mosfets I purchased. I ordered some from a reputable electronic supply company and everything works as normal. There was no indication of these being defective until power was applied through the circuit. Would not recommend ever purchasing parts like this except through a parts supplier.
