I bought 10 and 9 of them measured exactly 5/8 dia. One measured only 0.0009 smaller. This is very accurate. They do have a sticky residue as other reviews mention. It comes off easily with alcohol.

These are great! The only thing not pleasing was the sticky residue on them that was pretty easily washed off. I'm really glad I chose these as they work well and seem a quality product.

I purchased a Bodo balance board. It had two stainless steel marbles of two different sizes. I also have kittens and it did not take them 5 minutes to lose the marbles off the board. I made the mistake of not putting the marbles on the two little metal parts of my board. So ordered these both to replace the marbles the kittens lost and to provide marbles for the kittens to play with. The kittens love them. And they are magnetic.

Bought these specifically for a marble run (Marble Genius set). The metal balls work great on the track, and make it all the way to the bottom. These should work in any standard marble run. They have much more mass than a regular marble, and spin for a long time on the vortex tracks. Will buy more.
