If I could give a negative review I would. This product is absolutely awful. This product legitimate made meHave to think about if everything is worth buying online. Ordered for Christmas for a present, didn’t come in time, handle broke 5 times the first time friend tried to use it. Device so bad friend gave it back. I tried it threw it away. Honest to god you want to waste $100 go to the casino

It showed up broken. I had to take it apart and rewire it, everything in this thing is backwards. I’m taking it apart to try and fix it, but I would not recommend getting this thing.

I had to return because handle would not stay on. It was fine in light fluffy snow but not in wet snow .

This is my second one. The first one I returned the next day because it doesn’t work. 2nd one doesn’t work either. I like the idea but they never even made it to the snow. Don’t waste your money.

It seems durable, I was a little nervous given it shows up in a square box, which meant it needs to be assembled. But assembly was straight forward and it seems strong in the limited use it's gotten. Can't wait for some deeper snow to really put it to work. If it changes how it works I'll definitely update the review. However with what it has been put to work on, it worked great. Didn't hear any struggling from the electric motor and battery usage seemed right up there with a drill. So if you are tired of shoveling, I would recommend this!

Used this product once on less than an inch of snow on an level no cracked patio and the connection from the base unit and handle broke and now it will not work.
