Problem Solved – The strut towers For most 2002–2006 Minis deform ("mushroom") due to thin sheet metal, causing alignment and handling issues. These 4.5mm steel plates reinforce the towers and help restore their shape
Special Design: Our Strut Tower Reinforcement Plates are made of 4.5mm thick steel with heavy gauge and "sandwiched" mounting, will help to pull the deformed tower back into place and keep it there. There is no guarantee that your towers will return to perfectly flat, but they will be much, much improved and more importantly that they will stay that way
