Bought these to replace Ames Never Leak reels (which do eventually leak, and the plastic decomposes in sunlight). Using two for each 120 foot hose to better spread the load on the hoses where they drape across the hooks (though one hook is plenty strong enough to hold the hose). While I miss the reels, these hooks are only a little harder to use, but will never leak.

These hangers are well-made and easy amount to the wall. I used one for garden hose and the second one for 100 foot electrical cord for use on my electric lawnmower, weed wacker and leaf blower to keep my yard neat. Hanging this hundred foot cord keeps it very handy and out-of-the-way not use, I only wish I had bought these years ago.

My husband got these to hang inside his work van. Uses them for extention cords, ropes and even his jackets and hats! They are very sturdy and can hold more weight than you'd think. Super easy to install. Would recommend and will purchase more for the garage. Good bang for your buck too!

Simple, and useful! These have no problem holding over 100 feet of big 3/4" hose, very impressed for the price.

These are sturdy metal garden hose hangers, it has a large clearance so it can hold a lot of hose. The metal hanger has a rubber coating on it for added protection and looks like it is well made. The bracket seems to be firmly attached to the plate by what looks like to be machine spot welds. The hose hangers come with three screws each and plastic anchors.I could not find anywhere where it says what size drill bit to use with the anchors, it seems you probably need a 9/32 or 5/16 bit, but I did not have one of those. I drilled a 1/4 inch hole since I had that size readily accessible, the included larger anchors, however, would not fit into my 1/4 inch hole, so they just collapsed when trying to hammer them in. So I ended up using the 1/4 inch anchors and screws I already had instead. Even with my smaller diameter anchors and screws, these hangers are sturdy and securely attached. They garden hose hangers easily support up my garden hoses, one of which is a 50 footer, I don't recall how long the other one is, but is is much larger and heavier, probably at least a 100 foot hose.
