Used in car battery with inverter circuitry. Seems to do the job as everything is working perfectly.

I bought a bunch of these to install on the batteries on my boat. I have a vry large house battery, using golf cart flooded batteries (Yeah, I know that LI are supposed to be better, but I would have to re-wire and re-configure a LOT of stuff). They are easy to use if you have enough room on the battery studs, or can make a stud extender. I flattened a piece of 1/2 inch copper pipe and drilled holes in it to add several of these fuses that protect the wiring coming off of the batteries.I had one pop last year, when the anchor windlass jammed, and I did not have a spare fuse on board. But very easy to bypass them in an emergency, if absolutely necessary.Recommended.

My fault I blew a fuse, but I knew where to find a replacement. These aren't real common that I know of, but I've ordered from Bay Marine before.

These work great for fusing higher amperage loads that are directly connected to batteries, terminal bars, or high amperage switches on DC battery powered systems such as RVs, boats, or off-grid buildings. Note that you need to buy a matching fuse holder. You can get these at lower (total) cost from other sources if you shop around, so 4 stars.
